But, the second half of the night will run like this… One of us (Steve, Emma, or Dave) starts off with a poem. Then we take it in turns to link subsequent poems to the one which has just been performed. This means we have NO IDEA WHERE THINGS WILL END UP. It’s seat-of-your-pants poetry. It keeps us on our toes.
Just to add to the excitement, we’ll have three ‘wild cards’ where audience members who think they’ve got a poem which will link in can shout ‘joker’. They step up and read their poem, and we try and link to that. Will it work? We’ve no idea. Come along and find out! ![]()
And don’t forget to bring your poems.
