Support will be provided by poetry from Otley-based publishers Half Moon Books with readings from Nick Allen, Sarah L Dixon, Joe Williams, (Ilkley Literature Festival Open Mic winner 2017)and Alicia Fernández (Ilkley Literature Festival Chap Book Competition Winner 2017).

Poets, Prattlers, and Pandemonialists MC as 15 poets battle it out to become crowned Lit Fest Poetry Champ.
Emma Purshouse will be performing a 10 minute set as part of this Wolverhampton Literature Festival Event.
Matthew Stewart returns to read from his new collection, the Knives of Villalejo, and Emma Purshouse will make us giggle and breathe more deeply as usual. Plus readings from Ted Eames, Carol Caffrey, Steve Harrison, Emily Wilkinson.
Monthly poetry open mic event. All welcome – poets, performance poets, slammers, MCs and anyone happy to listen to some poetry. (We’re also open to very short flash fiction.)
